Questions answered on this page

How does Nadir pricing work?
A flat fee per request. Nadir charges $0.002 for every request that carries a Nadir API key, gateway completions and decision calls alike, including the Claude Code and Codex hooks. The fee comes out of a prepaid balance you top up by card in $5 multiples, so $5 covers 2,500 requests. The first 50 requests a month are free, no card. Nadir takes no percentage of model spend, no markup on the model, and nothing on savings.
What does it cost on my own provider keys?
Your provider bills you directly for the model, at its own rates. Nadir adds only the flat $0.002 per request. Every plan runs on your own provider keys.
Is there a minimum spend or a contract?
No. Pay as you go has no contract and no minimum spend. Top up by card in $5 multiples when you need to, and each request draws $0.002 from the balance.
What does Business add?
The same $0.002 per request, plus organizations and a signed copy of the DPA on request. Business can also run on-prem in your VPC on a yearly license, with no per-request fee. Enterprise adds a negotiated per-request rate, invoicing and a custom SLA.
How is on-prem priced?
After the audit, commercial on-prem deployments use a separate flat yearly license quoted for the deployment. Own-key inference has no Nadir usage surcharge; the annual license is separate. Nadir charges no audit fee. Agree the workload, grading criteria and execution budget before starting; customer inference, infrastructure and engineering time are separate. Talk to sales to scope the 30-day audit and license quote.
What does Nadir Lens cost?
Lens meters per org member. Starter is $0 for up to 5 members. Team is $4.99 per org member a month, and Lens is free for every org until it reaches general availability, so nothing is charged for it today. Enterprise is custom and invoiced annually. Route fees and Lens seats meter separately, and turning routing off never turns Lens off.
Is the self-hosted core free?
Yes, for noncommercial use. NadirClaw is the self-hosted core, licensed under PolyForm Noncommercial, and it runs on your own hardware with no account. Source-available is the correct label for it; NadirClaw is not open source.
